Why this practice exists

A local answer to distant, hurried care.

After seeing patients struggle to access primary care—and seeing short appointment windows make thoughtful care harder—Eric and Tannelle chose a model built around a smaller membership and more direct relationships.

“There has to be a better way.”

A concise adaptation of the founder story published on the current practice website.
